It is been such a busy time! Everything is coming up and kids are growing fast. Our six baby goats were born 5 weeks ago and they are growing, literally, by leaps and bounds! Dandelion flower petals make a lovely jelly, the popped off heads dipped in batter make a delicious fritter and the roots make powerful medicine for liver and gall bladder health and also makes a great coffee substitute! The leaves contain a significant amount of vitamin A and make a good addition to a meal. And there is so much more...
